 Automatic Self-cleaning Filter is the new-type with a combination of multiple filter cartridges, it is researched and developed on basis of brining in and absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad, as well as combining actual conditions of each industries by aiming at water quality at home; it has the advantages of large filtering area, great impurities holding capacity, and high-pressure bearing ability, therefore it overcomes the disadvantages of small filtering area, weak impurities holding capacity, and large back-flushing water volume. The filter is provided with various filtering precisions for adapting to requirements of different occasions, wherein the filter with filtering precision 1-4mm is mainly applied to automatic filtering of water supply of power station, and the filter with filtering precision 0.08-0.84mm is mainly applied to circulating water filtering in metallurgical industry. The filter is PLC controlled, which is capable of running under jointed network with the LCU machine room and DCS system. The filter is widely used in industries of metallurgy, petrochemical, coal, mine, papermaking, electric power, etc.

Structure
ZTP Automatic Self-cleaning Filter is a vertical circular structure, comprising a main body of the filter, a filtering device, a back-flushing driving device, a pressure difference detector, a control device, and a blow-down device; wherein the filtering device is mounted at the inner upper part of the filter, a blow-down sucking disc and a blow-down pipe are mounted at the lower part thereof, and the back-flushing driving device is mounted at the top of the filter.
